After I place my order, how long until it arrives?

Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?
Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

Returns are accepted with authorization only.
• Items must be returned in the original condition. • Restocking fee is 25%.
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee 25%, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Warranty
Noir Trading warrants its products against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year. Any modification, misuse, or use of unapproved cleaners to the product voids the warranty.
