After I place my order, how long until it arrives?

Our average ETA is currently 48 hours warehouse processing time to ship + 3-7 business days transit time after shipped, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. Fedex and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays on delivery times and tracking updates. In some cases, customers will not receive their first shipping update until the package arrives at the final destination. Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?

Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

Return & Refund

We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item under the following conditions. Please retain the original packaging, fillers and ensure the item is unused and unassembled.

 

30-Day Return Policy

General Return

-Initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.

-Item must be:

  1. In brand-new condition
  2. Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  3. Unused with no pieces missing
  4. With original tags and complete original packaging

-Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item has a quality issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items without original packaging, fillers and the crate/wooden box.

Before You Start a General Return

- Undeliverable and Refused Packages may incur additional fees (e.g. fail to deliver due to packaging size limitations, or COI (Certificate of Insurance) restrictions to apartment building, or unable to contact the customer during delivery, etc).

How to Return an Item?

  1. Email `info@kurtsdeco.com` with your order ID and details, photos/videos showing the package and item.
  2. Wait for our product expert to evaluate your return and return cost.
  3. Once confirmed, we'll send you a return label.
  4. Ship the package back to us for processing.
