After I place my order, how long until it arrives?

Our average ETA is currently 48 hours warehouse processing time to ship + 7-10 business days transit time after shipped, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?

Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

-Initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.

-Item must be:

  2. Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  3. Unused with no pieces missing
  4. With original tags and complete original packaging

-Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item has a quality issue.

  2. Wait for our product expert to evaluate your return and return cost.
  3. Once confirmed, we'll send you a return label.

We bought this set for 6 a while ago, it still looks great and very durable. I really like the gray color of the fabric on the chairs. And the leaf will make the table fit more people
