After I place my order, how long until it arrives?

Our average ETA is currently 48 hours warehouse processing time to ship + 3-7 business days transit time after shipped, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. Fedex and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays on delivery times and tracking updates. In some cases, customers will not receive their first shipping update until the package arrives at the final destination. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?

Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

We have warehouses nationwide to expedite shipping & handling of your orders, typically delivering within 3-7 business days to most addresses. To keep shipping free for all our customers, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Return & Refund

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used may not be eligible for return.
  • Special-order or customized products are not returnable unless defective.

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@kurtsdeco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
  • Please ship with a trackable carrier and insure the package, we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition.
  • Promotional discounts were applied.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or a replacement, please contact us at  info@kurtsdeco.com with your order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

We inspect all orders before shipment, but in the rare case that your item arrives defective, damaged, or missing parts, we will make it right.

To report a defective or damaged item:

  1. Email  info@kurtsdeco.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the damage.
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and ship a replacement once approved.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products assembled, modified, or used
  • Special-order or customized items

Warranty

This product has a 1 year warranty that begins on the date of purchase. We will pay for shipping any parts or the replacement item to you and may pay for return shipping of any defective or damaged products if we requests the item be returned to us.
