After I place my order, how long until it arrives?
Our average ETA is currently 48 hours warehouse processing time to ship + 3-7 business days transit time after shipped, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. Fedex and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays on delivery times and tracking updates. In some cases, customers will not receive their first shipping update until the package arrives at the final destination. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?
Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

Universal Furniture Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty is defined by the life of the original fabric. Reupholstering the piece voids all warranties. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, commercial or institutional use, or freight damage. Universal Furniture is a hand- made product, therefore slight variations in size, scale and padding may occur. This warranty does not cover these types of variances.
FRAMES: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser protection against manufacturing defects in wood frame components. The warranty applies for the lifetime of the product if it remains upholstered in the original fabric.
SPRINGS: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser protection against manufacturing defects in spring components. The warranty applies for the lifetime of the product if it remains upholstered in the original fabric.
CUSHIONS: Uni-blend, Ultra Plush, Spring Down
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects in cushion components. The length of warranty is dependent upon the type of cushion purchased by the consumer, if it remains upholstered in the original fabric.
Uni-Blend: 2 Year Warranty
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects in cushion components. The warranty applies for 2 years from the time of delivery of the product to the retailer, if it remains upholstered in the original fabric.
Ultra Plush: 1 Year Warranty
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects in cushion components. The warranty applies for 1 year from the time of delivery of the product to the retailer, if it remains upholstered in the original fabric.
Spring Down: 5 Year Warranty
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects in cushion components. The warranty applies for 5 years from the time of delivery of the product to the retailer, if it remains upholstered in the original fabric.
NOTE: Abnormal wear and abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which are considered normal wear, and are not defects.
MECHANISMS (sleeper and swivel gliders) : 3 Year Warranty
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects in metal mechanism components. The warranty applies for 3 years from the time of delivery of the product if it remains upholstered in the original fabric.
MATTRESS: 3 Year Warranty
Universal Furniture warrants to the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defect in the innerspring sleeper mattress. The warranty applies for 3 years from the time of delivery of the product if it remains upholstered in the original fabric. This warranty excludes coverage for the loss of foam resiliency under normal, noncommercial conditions. The softening of foam is a normal condition and does NOT constitute the loss of resiliency.
UNIVERSAL UPHOLSTERY WARRANTY: 1 Year Warranty
One (1) Year Limited Warranty - fabrics, leather, back filling materials, zippers & fastenings. Upholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are under warranty for one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying and dye transfer, but only if any cleaning conforms to industry standard methods. This warranty does not cover shrinking, stretching, wearing, wrinkling, fading, pilling. ANY SELF-TREATMENT OR RETAILER APPLIED SOIL REPELLER VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. Cane, wicker, and bamboo woven components carry a one-year warranty. Warranty covers normal wear and tear, not punctures.
- Back pillow filling materials are under warranty for one (1) year against the loss of foam resiliency
- Foam filling materials are under warranty for one (1) year against the loss of foam resiliency
- Zippers and seams are under warranty for one (1) year against failure, including seam slippage
Prolong the life of your fabric
Dust and dirt promote premature fabric wear. Vacuum the surface of your furniture regularly, including the deck under the cushions, with the upholstery attachment of your vacuum cleaner. Direct sunlight can cause some fabrics to fade. Care should be taken to limit the amount of direct sun on any piece of furniture.
NOTE: All after-market treatments will void any warranty applied by the fabric mills. After-market treatment sprays may cause latex deterioration, seam slippage, discoloration and can damage filler materials.
