After I place my order, how long until it arrives?

Our average ETA is currently 48 hours warehouse processing time to ship + 3-7 business days transit time after shipped, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. Fedex and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays on delivery times and tracking updates. In some cases, customers will not receive their first shipping update until the package arrives at the final destination. Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?

Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

We have warehouses nationwide to expedite shipping & handling of your orders, typically delivering within 3-7 business days to most addresses. To keep shipping free for all our customers, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Return & Refund

We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item under the following conditions. Please retain the original packaging, fillers and ensure the item is unused and unassembled.

 

30-Day Return Policy

General Return

-Initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.

-Item must be:

  1. In brand-new condition
  2. Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  3. Unused with no pieces missing
  4. With original tags and complete original packaging

-Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item has a quality issue.

-There will be 20-25% restocking fee.

How to Return an Item?

  2. Wait for our product expert to evaluate your return and return cost.
  3. Once confirmed, we'll send you a return label.
  4. Ship the package back to us for processing.

Hekman Warranty

This warranty is our promise and commitment that our products have
been manufactured using the finest materials and have been thoroughly
inspected prior to being shipped from our facilities.
Products are warranted to the original consumer or recipient to be free from
manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use,
conditions and service from the date of purchase for a period of 1 Year.
This warranty does not include: damage to product or components
resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, or climatic/environmental
conditions; damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or
unauthorized repair; natural variations in wood grain or changes in
surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light. The company’s
obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product
or component, or at its option, replacing it with a new product or component.
