Curbside Delivery - Curbside delivery offers our best value; this service level ensures your items will be professionally unloaded from the truck and delivered to your curbside. This service includes a convenient delivery appointment set directly with the carrier, along with a 4-hour delivery window. This delivery option does not include bringing products into your home.
White Glove Delivery - We'll send a white glove delivery service that specializes in furniture to ship your order on a pre-scheduled date. A delivery specialist(s) will unload, haul, and place the item(s) in your room of choice. Additional services such as unboxing, packaging removal, and limited item setup are included as well (Please note that any electrical hookups such as plugging cords into the wall are not included.)

Transit Times
On average, in-stock standard shipment items are delivered within 7 to 12 business days from the time they ship out. Most deliveries are made 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, depending on your local terminal service hours. Once the items are shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. When your items reach your local terminal, the delivery company will call to schedule delivery.

After I place my order, how long until it arrives?
Our average ETA is currently 48 hours warehouse processing time to ship + 7-10 business days transit time after shipped, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. Fedex and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays on delivery times and tracking updates. In some cases, customers will not receive their first shipping update until the package arrives at the final destination. Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?
Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

Cancellation
• No cancellation once an order is processed by Moe’s. Cancellation will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns
• No Returns accepted. Damaged products must be either disposed of or donated.
Defects and Damage Policy
Moe’s will ONLY accept a claim if the below information is included and sent to info@kurtsdeco.com:
• PO # and Date of receiving the shipment
• Carrier used on the shipment.
• Images of the original boxes of the shipment showing SKU # and proof of delivery or UPS/FEDEX labels.
• Brief description of the defect
Warranty/Terms of Claims
• All Moe's items come with a 1-year warranty.
• Warranty claim is something that happens to the item over time. If the item arrives damaged, but is simply not reported within 30 days, that is not considered a warranty claim.
• All damage/defect claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Moe’s will not honor claims
after this period.
