After I place my order, how long until it arrives?
Our average ETA is currently 48 hours warehouse processing time to ship + 3-7 business days transit time after shipped, however shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues from extremely high demand, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. Fedex and UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays on delivery times and tracking updates. Tracking is not showing any movement for my order, what does this mean?
Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

General Return
-Initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.
-Item must be:

- Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
- Unused with no pieces missing
- With original tags and complete original packaging
-Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item has a quality issue.
-There will be 20-25% restocking fee.

Limited Warranty (United States and Canada)
Hermle makes the following limited warranties. These limited warranties extend to the original consumer purchaser or any person receiving this product as a gift from the original consumer purchaser to and to no other purchaser or transferee (the "Consumer"). Hermle warrants to the Consumer that the movement and accompanying components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of THREE YEARS from the date of the original retail purchase of FIVE YEARS from the date of manufacture, whichever date occurs first. The obligation of Hermle under these warranties is limited to repair or replacement, at Hermle's discretion, of this product.
All warranty repairs must be brought to the point of sale and all products must be returned within the original carton to eliminate damage during the return transportation. Exclusions to this limited warranty are unauthorized repairs, mishandling of the product, abuse and/or misuse of the product, modifications to the product/components, damage to the product and/or its components, damage beyond regular use, damage by environmental situations and/or changes of climate, transportation damage, accidents, or any acts of God.
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SETFORTH ABOVE.
